Publications

The Publications section highlights the research outputs from the AAM-CSD project’s participants and staff. It features various academic works like peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, and research posters created during mobility periods. Each entry has a full citation and often a link to the full text or abstract. This collection shows the project’s academic impact and its contributions to climate change and sustainable development research in Africa, reflecting the high-quality work produced by scholars and the thriving research culture it supports.

The project requires that research results be shared through peer-reviewed publications from the mobility research of Master’s and PhD candidates, demonstrating the scientific output achieved. In addition to academic papers, the consortium generates project-specific publications like policy briefs and training manuals to share knowledge with stakeholders outside academia, promoting a wider impact.

In addition to typical academic papers, this chapter covers entire master’s theses and doctoral dissertations written by AAM-CSD students. It may also have policy briefs, technical guides, or articles written for the lay public that convert complicated discoveries into practical advice. The project emphasizes its commitment to promoting knowledge and influencing real-world policies for sustainable development by highlighting these diverse results.

Dissemination activities involve presenting findings at international conferences and workshops, allowing for feedback from the scientific community. Additionally, a dedicated project website or repository is created to make all non-confidential publications and reports publicly accessible, ensuring lasting visibility for the project’s work.
